Shell – fish Salad
Shell – fish salad is a popular dish in Phan Thiet. The dish is made of a snail lookalike so – called ‘oc giac’ and fresh vegetables. Crispy shell – fish, gently sweet and sour sauce made of lemon juice, sugar and fish sauce, gently pungent onion and fragrant knotweed make you so mouthwatering. The dish is best served with alcohol.
